The Space:

This roomy beach home is designed for making lasting vacation memories. The top level features a bright open-concept great room with soaring ceilings, generous natural light, comfortable seating, a TV, dining area, breakfast bar, and a completely equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals. The top level also includes a king master suite with an ensuite bathroom, a calming screened sunroom, hot tub access, and a spacious deck ideal for appreciating your morning coffee or evening sunsets.



The mid-level offers additional sleeping accommodations, including a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and deck access, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring a twin-over-full bunk with a full trundle. A shared hall bathroom and a cozy den with TV and seating provide additional space for guests to spread out and relax.



Outside, you'll find your own private coastal getaway. Appreciate the fenced private pool, multiple decks with outdoor seating and an outdoor shower with changing areas. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenities that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
