Upstairs the roomy and attractively decorated open concept living area has vaulted ceilings, deck with ocean vistas, and great family room. Appreciate your morning coffee or escape the afternoon sun on the covered porch off the living area. The living room features a 70” Saumsung intelligent TV and is a great place for gathering the family or to relax after a fun filled day on the beach. The kitchen was newly modernized and leaves nothing to be desired! Complete with all new granite counter tops, bespoke tile back splash, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for 4 people - this kitchen really is the heart of the home! A rustic kitchen table with bench seats 8, and flows into the living room and kitchen. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed, 43” intelligent TV, and a balcony that overlooks the water. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
