The third level of Casa de Playa is designed for relaxation. The open and airy living room offers access to both an outdoor deck and a screened-in porch—ideal for appreciating fresh coastal breezes. The Chef of the group will adore the huge, modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, and gather around the indoor dining table or the screened porch dining area for meals. After dinner, turn on the fireplace and appreciate the comfortable couches while you plan the next day's activities. There is a half bathroom on this level for convenience. A private Queen En Suite on this level is ideal for nighttime owls who like to stay up a bit later.

On the second level, you will find a Queen En Suite, a second Queen Bedroom, and a room with two twin beds—accommodating all members of your group. There is a Jack and Jill full bathroom that both these rooms can share. Step out onto the covered porch and relax in the private hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the Outer Banks.

The first level is all about fun! Challenge friends and family to games of shuffleboard and foosball, or settle in for a movie nighttime on the enormous flat-screen TV. This level also features a washer and dryer to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

Casa de Playa is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. 

This property has 4 parking spots for guests.

Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.

**Please Note: Gas Fireplaces are only available from September 1 through April 30th**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Kids 2 and under are complimentary.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
