Pure Shores is located on a pretty street just steps from the bay and the most handsome sunsets you will ever see!! There is a public dock just down the street to appreciate the vistas!

There are grocery stores, eateries and attractions within a few mins. of the home.

The ocean is a short 2 min. drive and there are complimentary public beach accesses for parking!

*There is a washer and dryer available to use however we do ask that all sandy items be shaken out before putting them in the machines. Excess sand could cause them to break!
PET RULES
- 2 Dogs Max (45 lbs Weight Max)
- Pet Fee required ($150)
- Pet owner is financially responsible for any damages
- Pet must be cleaned up after both inside and outside
- Please no excessive barking

HOME RULES
- Rental Agreement need to be signed
- Refundable Security deposit required
- No Sand In The Washer and Dryer
- No smoking OF ANY KIND inside of the home
- No events
- No events


CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Please throw away anything in fridges and freezers
- Please take out trash from each trash can (kitchens and bathrooms) to the trash can right outside
- Please make sure dishes are clean and to start the dishwasher so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests
