You will be given your own private code to come and go without ever carrying a key. Unlike most all other condo units, we have purchased all of our own modren linens and towels, thus no disappointing surprises you get from renting with the big rental agencies.

The Brigadune is located on the peaceful and esteemed Shore Drive, between Myrtle and North Myrtle. Just South of the KIngston Plantation, North of Marriott's Grandiose Dunes and directly behind the famed Dunes Country Club. This impressive high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront visiting with many amenities including an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), picnic area, gas BBQ grilles, elevators, secure lobby, 24 hour on-site security and attractively landscaped grounds.

Walk out the door and onto the soft white sand of the most gorgeous wide clean beach on the Grand Strand. Just a short walk on the beach is the famed Ocean Annie's an outdoor oceanfront beach bar and just beyond that is the Apache Pier, the longest pier on the East Coast. Miles of sandy beaches in either direction makes for fantastic walking or running.

The Brigadune is located on a secluded ocean front drive. The beach is not busy like other areas of the Grand Strand. Our roomy Direct Oceanfront Penthouse Condominium (PHD) is exceptionally peaceful and offers breath taking vistas of the beach and ocean, has 4 Bedrooms, 3 3/4 Baths and sleeps 10. This Penthouse is located on the 18th floor and offers private restricted access available only to Penthouse owners and guests.

This Penthouse is the biggest and most unique Direct Oceanfront Penthouse in possibly of all the Grand Strand. This Penthouse was once owned by the legendary singer John Cougar Mellencamp. The massive 16' x 53' living room features a 24 ft. wall of continuous opening sliding glass doors which gives you the most breath taking oceanfront vistas on all of the Grand Strand. Please note that there is NO actual balcony as the ocean comes right to you within the luxury of your living room. This Penthouse however does feature a private charming side balcony for two with southern exposure overlooking Myrtle Beach, the Grand Strand and the famed Dunes Country Club.

* MAXIMUM SLEEPING OCCUPANCY of 10 is STRICTLY adhered to and monitored.

* Sorry, FAMILY PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Damage/Security deposit will be forfeited if violated.

* Sorry, we do not rent to Golf Groups and Chaperoned or Unchaperoned groups of any kind.

* MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS & RV's are NOT PERMITTED on BRIGADUNE property.

Departure Cleaning and Linen costs will apply. Excessive cleaning is a additional charge.

Sales & Hospitality Tax will be added.

We ONLY rent by the full week, from Saturday to Saturday during prime time rental season.

WE ENCOURAGE Long Term SNOW BIRD RENTALS from November thru March. We only rent the months of Jan, Feb, Mar as a 90 day rental.


CANCELLATION POLICY
a) A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than the Non-Refundable $100 Administrative Fee.
b) Cancellations that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/security deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
