This 3 bedroom / 3 bath home has striking vistas & is just steps away from the Cabana Club.  Savor the 3 separate pools and delicious lunch and welcoming bar area.  Take the supplied 6 seat golf cart to one of the 31 beach accesses just a short ride away.  The first floor has a bedroom and full bath.  The kitchen, family room, and back deck offer gorgeous vistas of the ocean and Pritchard's island.  Upstairs has two additional bedrooms each with a private bathroom.  The master bedroom has the same great vistas and a private balcony.  The ground level has a gas grille and lounge area in a nice sandy area once again with the same striking vistas.  You will adore this home.

Family Animals are considered for this property. A max. of 2 dogs that are modest (no bigger than 20 pounds). FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 
Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
