Appreciate an island stay in this enchanting island bungalow.  Located in the private community of Deer Lake, you’ll savor the open-concept living with great natural light that pours in from the floor to ceiling windows.  Cathedral ceilings add to the roomy feel of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home which has room for up to 8 guests.  You’ll find the well-appointed kitchen ideal for family meals and a fast bite before heading to the beach.  Savor calming on the back deck, overlooking a huge lagoon.  This home is a short walk or golf cart ride to the neighborhood playground and the community pool is across the street from the home!  Enjoy the peaceful side of Fripp and take in all the island has to offer including magnificant wildlife, kayaking and more.
The Primary bedroom has a full ensuite with a single vanity and shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with tub/shower combo, with bedroom 3.
The kitchen is refreshed with island seating and stainless-steel appliances.
A sizable living room, with fireplace and the adjacent dining area are ideal for family gatherings.
A golf cart is supplied with your weekly stay.
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 
 
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to appreciate Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to gorgeous beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, breathtaking island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where beautiful waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
