The living room has a comfortable fireplace and sizable, intelligent TV with plenty of seating for everybody.  A game room on the lower floor is complete with seating area, TV and more.
The handsome, entirely equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with dual icemakers, microwave, 2 dishwashers, gas stove with constructed in microwave, air fryer, blender, crockpots, toasters, as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor dishes.  The bespoke dining table seats 10-12 guests comfortably.
This island property has 2 primary king ensuites, 2 queen ensuites, an ensuite with 2 full beds and an additional queen suite with a Jack and Jill bath. There is an additional pull-out couch that is a great choice for 2 additional young people..
The gorgeous laundry room is equipped with enormous-capacity washer and dryer in addition to a huge utility sink.  And, the outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off sandy toes and beach chairs.
