Stunning arched doorways welcome you into a cavernous, open-concept living room and kitchen, where broad marsh vistas create a serene ambiance. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and a roomy butler’s pantry, ideal for culinary enthusiasts. Appreciate meals in the comfortable private dining nook, or step outside to the huge back deck and screened porch, equipped with a dining table and gas grille for a enchanting al fresco dining experience.



The layout includes, on the main floor, a bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds with access to the screened porch, while a queen-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is conveniently located down the hall. Upstairs, discover two more attractively appointed bedrooms with king- and queen-sized beds featuring en-suite bathrooms. In the primary king bedroom, you will find an additional deck with beautiful vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and a cozy fireplace for intimate evenings. On the ground floor, the finished additional room includes two twin beds, a mini split for climate control, a card table, and an additional refrigerator. This additional room provides convenient access to the fenced courtyard, garage, and elevator.
