Welcome to 307 Ocean Point! Literal steps from the golf course and a few more to the ocean, you can also access a community pool and one of our trendy eateries with a short walk or golf cart ride. Four bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of room to spread out.

Outfitted in blues and yellows, This home is sure to impress. On the main level, the well-supplied kitchen is ready for huge family meals. The open concept accepts for conversation with the prepare from the dining area or the living room. The comfortable living room with windows overlooking the golf course and ocean sits just beyond the kitchen. From the sizable back deck, you have a chance to see alligators, deer, and maybe a dolphin or two, as well as golfers looking to make that ideal putt. The million-dollar view cannot be beat. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and access to the back deck. The other is a twin on the front side of the home, with a bathroom steps away in the hall. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a sitting area provide ample space for the family. The sitting area is decked out in a fun tennis theme. The front bedroom has two twin beds, and the back bedroom has a queen bed, both connected by a jack-and-jill bath.
