You'll also find a Queen bedroom, a bunk room with Twin bunk beds and a Queen bed, a full hall bathroom, and a laundry area. Additional sun decks on this level offer striking beach vistas.

The mid level serves as the main living area, thoughtfully designed for laid-back coastal living. It features an open-concept layout with a bright, airy living space, expansive ocean vistas, a completely equipped kitchen, and a dining area ideal for shared meals. This level also includes a convenient half bath and an additional Queen bedroom. Step out onto the mid-level deck to relax in the private hot tub after a day in the sun.

Appreciate the whole space to yourself. The home is designed for comfort and relaxation from sunrise to sunset.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.
**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Pool will open May 24 and close mid September**
**The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay**

Kitty Hawk is a impressive beach town in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Take a relaxing walk on the trails of the Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve where, if you’re lucky, you can spot turtles and otters. Savor alluring ocean vistas from the Kitty Hawk Pier, or drive slightly north and check out the Wright Brothers National Memorial for history on the first flight!
