The Space:

This true beachfront hideaway combines comfort and unbeatable ocean access in a prime location. The top level features three bedrooms, including an oceanfront King primary suite with a private balcony and en suite bathroom. You'll also find a Queen bedroom, a bunk room with Twin bunk beds and a Queen bed, a full hall bathroom, and a laundry area. Additional sun decks on this level offer striking beach vistas.



The mid level serves as the main living area, thoughtfully designed for laid-back coastal living. It features an open-concept layout with a bright, airy living space, expansive ocean vistas, a completely equipped kitchen, and a dining area ideal for shared meals. This level also includes a convenient half bath and an additional Queen bedroom. Step out onto the mid-level deck to relax in the private hot tub after a day in the sun.



With private beach access just steps away, you’ll have everything you need for a calming oceanside escape. You can also appreciate access to the Southern Shores Community amenities, including a swimming pool (open from May 24 through mid-September), tennis court, basketball court, and private pickleball court. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the oceanfront decks, private beach access, outdoor shower, hot tub, and propane grille. Parking is available on-site for multiple cars. Savor the whole space to yourself. The home is designed for comfort and relaxation from sunrise to sunset.



Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Pool will open May 24 and close mid September**

**The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay**



The Neighborhood:

Kitty Hawk is a delightful beach town in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Take a relaxing walk on the trails of the Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve where, if you’re lucky, you can spot turtles and otters. Appreciate enchanting ocean vistas from the Kitty Hawk Pier, or drive slightly north and check out the Wright Brothers National Memorial for history on the first flight!

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an conveniences that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.

Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
