And for boaters there is a public boat launch access in town also. Professional style kitchen, granite counters, commercial 4 burner & griddle stove with double oven, enormous island, 48" refrig., and a great walk-in pantry for all your groceries with an additional full size sink and 2nd refrig.and all necessary modest appliances. French doors open to masive screened porch overlooking sound and saltwater pool with gas grille, rocking chairs, lounge chairs and dining table with access to pool area down spiral stairs. Take walk down private peaceful street to enjoy community playground with basket ball hoop and private community pool, local cafe & coffee shop, a Bistro offering live local music, fresh spa, really great book store, ladies boutique, and more. The ocean beach with lifeguards also just a few blocks, a fast drive across the main road.
