IT'S SUNBELIEVABLE, is an oceanview beauty in the fashionable, sought-after Hatteras Island Estates section of Rodanthe, which is the northernmost village on Cape Hatteras National Seashore. We are a dog-friendly home with 6 bedrooms, 5 being king masters, and 1 having a pair of bunk beds, there's plenty of space for everybody. Plus, there's a additional area that contains a comfortable futon which provides additional sleeping arrangements if needed.

With only 4 homes between your rental home and the beach/Rodanthe Pier, it takes only about 3 mins. to walk there. The pier offers fishing, food, shopping, arcade fun, and musical entertainment (bands perform during the nicer weather months). Within an 8-min. walk towards the Pamlico Sound, there is a giant arcade with laser tag and a mini golf course along with stores, eateries, watercraft units, etc. within the same area. Your rental home is equipped with an elevator for painless access to all levels.

On the top floor, there is 1 king master, a very huge kitchen with 2 dishwashers, dining area, great room, and even a crow's nest. The middle level contains a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer, 3 king masters, and a additional area that contains a futon. The lower level finishes off the home with 1 king master, a bunk room that contains 4 beds, a full size bathroom in the hallway, a game/entertainment area that includes a billiards table, shuffleboard table, a cozy couch, 2 Intelligent TV's w/cable, a dining area with a table and chairs, a long bar with additional seating, and a wet bar with a microwave and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. This level provides the main indoor/outdoor access to the fenced in pool/hot tub area (other than access from the yard and the king master on this level). All 6 bedrooms, additional room, great room and game room have flat screen Intelligent TV's w/cable.

What sets this rental home aside from others? There are 5 bedrooms with KING BEDS and each have their OWN FULL BATHROOM. ALL 6 BEDROOMS HAVE DECK ACCESS, even the additional room, which is a hard find and a true gem in the area unless you rent bigger homes. Your rental home is so close to the pier, you can just chill out on one of the front decks and watch/listen to the bands play without even leaving the property. The bedrooms and stairs are CARPETED w/a plush carpet that is deep cleaned numerous times a year. You feel like you are walking on a cloud and not just a cold, hard floor. Because of the constant ocean breeze, mosquitos never seem to be an issue, unlike the sound side of the island.

Important information including home rules can be downloaded from the "Vacation Rental Agreement - Standard Terms, Conditions and Rental Policies" to which you will be required to sign and return upon making a booking. You will not be able to secure your reservation until we have received your signed rental agreement, full payment for the reservation, and a copy of a government or state issued ID (i.e. Driver's License).

Bed linens and bath towel sets are included for your use during your stay for no additional charge.

Dogs are welcome but are $200 + tax for each.

Due to past incidents of damage/theft, we require a security/damage deposit until after you check-out, and when the premises have been inspected. If no damage/theft has occurred during your stay, we will refund your security/damage deposit in full.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DAYS ARE SATURDAYS ONLY.

Your Host pays an additional fee to have "It's Sunbelievable" clean and ready for your enjoyment by 2:00 pm; however, we do not guarantee this due to high demand at certain times of the year. This is why the check-in time is listed as 4:00 pm. Your Host will contact you, without delay, as soon as notification is received that the cleaners have finished. You will then be supplied with a key code.
