MAIN LIVING AREA (3RD FLOORING): The open-concept 3rd floor features a completely equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sizable island, flowing into the dining room and family room. Step onto the broad deck to savor expansive sound vistas and spectacular sunsets. A permanently installed infant gate provides added safety at the stairs.

ENTERTAINMENT: A dedicated game room includes a pool table, 65-inch intelligent TV, and comfortable seating. Every bedroom has its own TV for max. comfort. High-speed WiFi keeps everybody connected throughout the home.
