Welcome to The Boujee Beagle! We want you to relax, enjoy the ocean view, and have an gorgeous Outer Banks vacation! Please help us keep our home beautiful for you and future guests by following these home rules:

Guests & Gatherings:
- min. occupancy is 10 guests at all times. Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.
- No events or events of any kind, including bachelor or bachelorette events.
- No sizable gatherings or additional visitors beyond the registered guests without prior approval from the host.
- The property may not be used for commercial events or activities without prior written approval.

Animals:
- min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Family Pets must be disclosed on the reservation and the applicable pet fee paid.
- Please clean up after your family pets, both inside and outside the property.
- Dogs should not be left unattended in the home unless safely crated.
- Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.
- Please keep pets off beds and furnishings.

Protecting Our Home:
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home.
- Please do not move indoor furnishings outside or rearrange enormous pieces of furnishings.
- Do not hang, tape, nail, staple or attach decorations or other items to walls, ceilings, doors or furnishings.
- Please do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, locks or other safety equipment.
- Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear or excessive cleaning required after their stay.
- Please notify us promptly if something is accidentally damaged or if you notice a maintenance issue.

Parking & Neighborhood:
- There is NO street parking. All cars must be parked in the home`s driveway.
- Do not park on the grass, dunes, neighboring properties, roadway or along the street.
- Please do not block neighboring driveways, roads or beach-access areas.
- Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level, particularly during nighttime hours.

Before You Leave:
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving the property.
- Please follow the checkout instructions supplied for trash, dishes and linens.
- Do not leave food, trash or personal belongings outside where they may attract wildlife.
