Welcome to Quiet Oaks- a modern, family-friendly Outer Banks getaway tucked into a peaceful Kill Devil Hills neighborhood, close to both the beach and the sound.

Spend your mornings cycling through the neighborhood, your days at the beach, and your evenings calming in the roomy fenced backyard. Public beach access and the sound are each about a 10-min. walk away, and neighborhood walking and cycling trails make it simple to discover without getting in the car.

Inside, the home is bright, comfortable and designed for families and groups to spread out. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate lower-level living space with its own kitchenette, there's plenty of room to appreciate time together while still having space to relax.

We make beach days painless: guests have access to bicycles, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach wagon, coolers, and beach toys- so you can pack less and savor more.

After the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower, relax in the fenced backyard, play yard gams, hangout in the hammocks, or settle in for a comfortable evening at home.

You'll also be close to eateries, coffee stores, mini golf, shopping and many of our favorite OBX activities, while coming home to a peaceful setting away from the busiest areas.
