Adorable beach home on a double lot with sizable pool and heated spa able to host enormous families or multiple generation families for a beach vacation. Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On full kitchen is located on first and an additional full kitchen on the second floors. Sizable front porch for calming and backyard has an upsized pool (16 x 38) with attached heated spa (9 x 7). Pool has a tanning ledge in pool entrance area. Located only a few blocks to the beach, and Mike Chapel Park, which has swings, skateboarding park, tennis, pickle ball, baseball field, soccer fields and the freshly created Carolina Beach Greenway path.
This adorable beach home offers close proximity to the lake and historic appeal of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There are many eateries and stores conveniently located.
