With five comfortable bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, there’s ample space for everybody to relax and relax. Downstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. The first bedroom with a private full bath that also opens to the hallway along with a convenient half bath in the second bedroom. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await: one with a queen bed, another with a queen and a single bed, and the third with a single bed and a set of bunk beds. Two full bathrooms are also located on the upper level for added convenience.
The home offers exclusive access to two community pools within Island Park, ideal for cooling off on warm days. After a fun day in the sun, you can rinse off in the hot and cold outdoor shower. Inside, you’ll appreciate the comfort of central heat and air, along with ceiling fans throughout to keep things just right. A high-efficiency washer and dryer are available to make your stay even more convenient. The entirely equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and blender, providing everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.
When it's time to relax, the 65" Intelligent TV is ready for you to stream your favorite shows or movies with access to YouTube, Prime Video, Hulu, Sling, Netflix, and Disney+ (guest account required). The home is also equipped with Wi-Fi to keep you connected. The extended porch and deck with furnishings offer a ideal space to savor the outdoors. The dining table seats six, with three additional chairs at the bar for casual dining or gatherings.
This home is conveniently located midway between the Seabrook and Schooner Street pool and beach access, making it a short walk to both. For your convenience, the golf cart outlet is located in the carport. P*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not included. The linen package is supplied with every reservation and is not optional.*

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
