The main level features a enormous King bedroom suite with plush linens & shining clean attached bathroom. If you savor cooking, our kitchen is for you. Just across the hall, you'll find plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and gadgets to prepare all of your favorite meals. Blender, crock pot, food processor, steam pot, crab crackers, cutlery, hand mixer, and more! Open pass-through with bar stools creates the ideal ambiance for socializing while your food is cooking. Keurig coffee maker & regular coffee pot available. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven with stove top, and dishwasher. Dining area features table for 6 & bar height counter with stools for 4. There is also an outdoor dining table that seats 6. Open living space features a vaulted ceiling, flat screen intelligent TV, tasteful decorations, and tons of natural light! The sunroom is a peaceful space to appreciate your cup of coffee or kick back and read a book. The main level also features secure access to a sizable private sundeck with comfortable lounge chairs, new outdoor dining table and chairs, and spectacular water vistas of the golf course. The laundry room and half bath are also located on the main level. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryers, and cooking spices are well outfitted for your convenience.

Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms: 1 eastward facing, queen bed, with gorgeous glimpses of the Atlantic ocean. Bedroom #2 features 2 twin beds. Bedroom #3 offers a day bed with pull out trundle. All rooms have a flat screen, Intelligent TV with streaming services and accounts with Disney+, Netflix, and Amazon Video. There is also a full sized bathroom with tub/shower on the upper level.

The lower, ground level offers guests a unique pirate themed suite as well as fun garage game room. With futon bed, full attached bath, microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee bar, this is the ideal spot for anyone who enjoys just a little bit of additional privacy. The lower level also includes a seasonal outdoor shower with hot and cold water, huge garage space, and exterior patio/seating area. Blackstone flat top grille must be rolled outside before using. We hope you'll enjoy a game of cornhole on our bespoke boards.

The workout room must be requested prior to booking. For $20/day, we provide our guests with access to surf boards, golf clubs, an elliptical machine, stationary bicycle, row machine, hand weights and other workout gear, tennis racquets, and beach equipment.

Parking is on the lower level and limited to 4 cars. Parking on grass or the street is stringently prohibited. Overflow parking for multiple cars, boats, trailers etc. may be available so please be sure to message us for more information!

**Please note, the lower level garage, additional room with bath, and the workout space are separate spaces from the main & upper level of the home. Guests must take exterior stairs to access this area.**
