THE MAIN LEVEL HAS 2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS: the front bedroom on the main level beckons with a comfortable queen bed and offers direct access to the hall bath, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests. The master bedroom, located at the rear of the home, offers a extravagant sanctuary complete with a king bed, deck access with a charming view of the first fairway, and an en-suite bath. Step onto the deck and breathe in the salty sea air as you soak in vistas of the golf course and lush surroundings. There is also a convenient queen sized sleeper couch in the living room for additional guests.



THE UPSTAIRS HAS 3 BEDROOMS and 1.5 BATHROOMS: A master bedroom with a king bed, bathroom, and a private balcony with handsome vistas of the golf course and glimpses of the ocean. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a unique Jack and Jill bathroom with two toilets and access to one shower from both sides.  One side is an en suite bathroom to the upstairs master bedroom.   The other side is accessible by the other two bedrooms. The third room has 2 bunkbeds with full size beds and a modest sleeper couch, this is a great room for kids, teenagers and golf foursomes.
