Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, fenced-in backyard, private pool, and mini-golf course during their stay. The property is equipped with keyless entry for a seamless self-check-in process. You will be supplied with a unique personal access code prior to your arrival.

● Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all renters to purchase traveler's insurance to protect their trip.
● No family pets are allowed. We appreciate those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If an unauthorized pet is present, you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund and will be charged a $250 deep cleaning fee to remove allergens.
● If you are under the age of 25 or have no reviews on your profile, we require a signed rental agreement. We rent properties without regard to race, religion, color, sex, national origin, handicap, or familial status of any event.
● Quiet Hours: No events, events, or loud music are allowed in the home. Please note that the city's peaceful hours are from 10pm-7am.
● Home Layout: This is a two-level home. All main living areas and bedrooms (1-4) are on the second level. The additional room is on the first floor and is only accessible by going outside and through the garage.
● Golf Course Proximity: The home is located on a golf course. Please be aware of your surroundings. The property host is not liable for any damage or injury from errant golf balls.
● Pool Information: The pool is private with no lifeguard; please swim at your own risk. It is cleaned weekly, but as the home is surrounded by trees, some leaves may be present. A skimmer is included for your use.
● Property Maintenance: Pool and lawn services are finished regularly and may occur during your stay. The crews will be as discreet as possible.
● No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
● Weapons are not allowed at the property.
● Checkout: Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout. A late checkout fee of $50 will be charged for every 30 mins. past the checkout time, unless a later time has been approved by the host in advance.
