A cozy den on this floor with a Intelligent TV, stationary bicycle, and access to a shaded deck provides a peaceful place to escape with a peaceful book or have a quick vacation workout. There’s also another half-bath on the landing.

The final two bedrooms, both king masters, are located on the third level, just off the great room.
