All our units in Outer Banks have 6 bedrooms and do a Friday-to-Friday changeover day during prime season. Friday changeovers save you at least 5 hours in traffic each way. The entire island (500,000+) turns over on Sat & Sun. We are semi-flexible if you aren’t doing a full week if you start or end on a Friday.
Off season we are flexible on any dates.

If Saltaire Estate is not available for your dates, we have two other 6 bedroom properties to choose from. Please feel complimentary to call, txt or e-mail anytime – 303 325 6694. Direct booking discounts are available throughout the year.
All 3 homes do a FRIDAY-to-FRIDAY during prime season, and we are flexible on dates off season.
