The Pamlico Sound is just forty feet away, with great wind sports, kayaking, fishing, clamming, and crabbing. This home caters to folks who are looking to hang out together while exploring the beach, the sound, the neighborhood, and all the adventure this special island has to offer.

Outside Sunshine, you'll find an under-home carport, two outdoor showers, a fish-cleaning table, 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, lifejackets, and a half-bath. Skip up the stairs to the first floor of this two-level home. Play pool, Ping-Pong, foosball, or shuffleboard in the giant soundfront game room, or step onto the deck and jump into the seven-person hydrotherapy hot tub. The additional den has a home theater, surround sound, games, and puzzles. On top of that, there is also a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, a washer/dryer, and a full bath.

The first-floor bedroom wing has 3 bedrooms (king; queen with bunk beds; two twin beds) with 9-foot ceilings. Two of them have private baths and the primary bedroom has direct access to the deck.

On the second level, you will be awestruck by the view of Pamlico Sound through the 22-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. The broad great room features plenty of space for the whole family to hang out while admiring the beautiful sound view or watching something on the huge TV. The group chef will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen which is adorned with a six-burner Viking gas stove, a double oven, two dishwashers, and a sizable pantry. Sit at the center island with a breakfast bar to socialize, eat, prep, or simply keep the prepare company. The dining area can comfortably seat your whole crew.

The bedroom wing on this floor also has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath. One has a king bed with direct access to the deck and another has a queen bed plus a bunk bed. The fun kids' room features two bunk beds and a loft area with bean bags and a TV for watching their favorite movies.
