After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and delightful experience for all events involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the home rules with all events that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everybody" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.



Guest Verification with Truvi

Trust & Safety Fee

Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.



Property Access & Maintenance

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Security Cameras

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.



Pet-Friendly Home

Bring your furry family members along! We welcome up to 2 dogs for a fee of $100 per pet, per week. After all, every member of the family deserves a calming hideaway. ????
