Try Grits Grille for a tasty breakfast, Woo Casa for a satisfying lunch, and for dessert, Island Snowball Company or Duck Donuts should satisfy your sweet tooth! If you have anglers in your group, Nags Head has 3 separate piers along with miles of coastline for surf fishing.
