The Space:

With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, this home provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. This bungalow will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.



On the main level of the home, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 full beds and an ensuite bathroom. The right bathroom has a tub shower combo, and the laundry room has a new washer and dryer, and the left bathroom has a shower only. The upstairs has 2 additional full beds, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub-and-shower combo and double sinks. The open floor plan of the main part of the home includes the kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary housewares, ensuring that you can stay in and prepare your own meals if you choose to.



This bungalow welcomes guests with a screened-in porch around the entry, featuring rocking chairs and a gorgeous view. This property has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, with Hargray Cable Live TV available. There are 4 TVs, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. Other highlights of the home include a charcoal grille, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, and a shared deck off the front of the home, accessible from both downstairs bedrooms. The upstairs has a private balcony with a great view of Davis Appreciate Drive and the surrounding area.
