This home features Carrera quartz countertops in all bathrooms and the kitchen. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and includes an en suite bathroom with dual shower heads, two sinks and a king bed with gorgeous ocean/marsh vistas. The lounge and laundry area are located between the primary and guest bedrooms. The guest bedroom upstairs has two queens with an en suite bathroom with a tub and two sinks. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed with a full hallway bathroom for simple access. This property is not pet friendly.

The home features include a screened-in back porch, a deck off both front bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and a completely equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes new appliances and an ice maker in the refrigerator. Don't feel like cooking tonight? Walk across the street to the Bonito Boathouse restaurant to savor a taste of Lowcountry cooking.
