“Down by the Sea” is where you'll want to be! Appreciate spending your vacation in this gorgeous oceanside home in Whalehead Beach. Savor the private pool, hot tub, and the fast walk to the beach!

Ground Level: This floor features a very sizable rec room with a Ping-Pong table, wet bar with bar refrigerator, big-screen TV, stereo and a semi-private main bedroom with a king bed. The pool and hot tub are accessible from the rec room.

Mid Level: You will find two striking main bedrooms with king beds on this floor, in addition to a room with twin beds that shares a bath with a bedroom that features two twin-over-double bunk beds. All rooms on this floor have deck access.

Top Level: This floor features a great room with a TV, stereo, kitchen, living and dining areas, powder room, and a main bedroom with a king bed King and a private deck.

Conveniences: Private unheated Pool, hot tub, WiFi, eight TVs, two DVD players, two stereos, two dishwashers, wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, high chair, Ping-Pong table, horseshoes set, and a private gas grille. Beach access is 400 yards.

For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Fireplaces are available November 1st through April 1st
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 4 cars.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
