Great room with a well-equipped kitchen, two dishwashers, island (seats 3), a huge dining room table (seats 12), living room with flat screen TV and deck access to appreciate the Ocean vistas. There are 2 Queen Master Suites: one has a private Master Bath and the other Queen Jr. Master Suite has a semi-private bath which can be shared on this level. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
Spend pleasant nights sleeping to the sound of crashing waves from one of three King bedrooms (two of which are Master Suites), and the sixth bedroom has a Double and Twin bed. All the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The den offers another area to relax and watch a movie or test your skill against the old-fashioned arcade game.

GROUND LEVEL:
The outside area of this home is designed for pure enjoyment by the entire family! Everyone will savor spending time in the sizable private pool that measures 18' x 30' (pool open May to mid-October; pool heat is available for an additional fee). There's also a hot tub for the adults to enjoy. Spend time sitting poolside while meals are prepared on the gas grille. There is parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway.
