Roomy Great Room featuring a well‑equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, an island with seating for three, and a sizable dining table accommodating twelve guests. The comfortable living area offers a flat‑screen TV and opens to a deck with sweeping ocean vistas. There are 2 Queen Master Suites: one has a private Master Bath and the other Queen Jr. Master Suite has a semi-private bath which can be shared on this level. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
Spend pleasant nights sleeping to the sound of crashing waves from one of three King bedrooms (two of which are Master Suites), and the sixth bedroom has a Double and Twin bed. All the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The den offers another area to relax and watch a movie or test your skill against the old-fashioned arcade game.

GROUND LEVEL:
The outside area of this home is designed for pure enjoyment by the entire family! Everyone will appreciate spending time in the huge private pool that measures 18' x 30' (pool open May to mid-October; pool heat is available for an additional fee).
