Treasure Island is a six bedroom, five-and-a-half bath Oceanfront getaway set at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in Pine Island. With new owners in late 2024, the home has been extensively refreshed with significant updates, including a complete exterior repaint, new landscaping and outdoor lighting, nearly all new furnishings, rugs, artwork and light fixtures. The gourmet kitchen is entirely equipped to challenge even the most ambitious chef, complete with Calphalon cookware. The broad decks allow for elegant ocean vistas from the upper level of the home.

Treasure Island is ideally located for those who savor additional space at the beach. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
