Treasure Island is a six bedroom five-and-a-half bath Oceanfront getaway set at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in Pine Island. With new owners in late 2024, the home has been extensively refreshed with significant updates, including a complete exterior repaint, new landscaping and outdoor lighting, nearly all new furnishings, rugs, artwork and light fixtures. Treasure Island is ideally located for those who savor additional space at the beach. This stretch of Pine Island isn't lined with multiple streets channeling foot traffic, so the shoreline behind the home tends to stay pleasantly open. Guests often remark on the sense of privacy and room to spread out while appreciating the sand. The home itself sits elevated above the dunes, offering sweeping ocean vistas. From the top-floor master suite, you can wake up to the sound of the waves and take in expansive beach vistas right from bed. The outdoor living spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. A modernized pool deck offers ample seating, a newly constructed outdoor bar area, a enormous gas grille, drink center, fire pit, and two outdoor showers. The private walkway leads directly to the sand.

The Media room features a 60" UHD 4K TV and Blue Ray DVD player all with Sonos surround sound. This room also offers complimentary Netflix streaming and an Xbox One. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
