Northpoint is a fashionable beach community located in Duck for active families! You will adore the indoor community pool! It’s the ideal reprieve from the hot summer sun or the occasional rainy day. Northpoint’s community tennis and basketball courts are also yours to savor during your stay at Katmandu. Be sure to take advantage of Northpoint’s private community pier on the close by sound for great crabbing, kayaking, and sunset vistas just a few mins.’ walk from Katmandu.

The private pool is open from mid-April through mid-October. The pool size is roughly 16’ x 33’. Optional pool heat is available for $500/week.

The Northpoint community indoor pool is normally open from April 1st to the end of October. Community pool dates are subject to change.

Katmandu is non pet friendly.

Mid Level: Two king bedrooms with Jack and Jill style bathroom with jetted tub, two bedrooms with two bunk beds, and full hall bathroom with tub.

Top Level: King bedroom with shared hall bathroom with tub, kitchen with MP3 compatible stereo, great room with an entertainment system and gas fireplace (Nov-Apr.), dining area, screened porch access, and front and rear decks access.
