Northpoint is a fashionable beach community located in Duck for active families! You will appreciate the indoor community pool! The private pool is open from mid-April through mid-October. The pool size is roughly 16’ x 33’. Optional pool heat is available for $500/week.

The Northpoint community indoor pool is normally open from April 1st to the end of October. Community pool dates are subject to change.

Katmandu is non pet friendly.

Lower Level: Rec room with Foosball table, bumper pool table Wii, N-64, MP3 compatible surround sound stereo, wet bar with mini-refrigerator, and hall half bathroom.

Mid Level: Two king bedrooms with Jack and Jill style bathroom with jetted tub, two bedrooms with two bunk beds, and full hall bathroom with tub.

Top Level: King bedroom with shared hall bathroom with tub, kitchen with MP3 compatible stereo, great room with an entertainment system and gas fireplace (Nov-Apr.), dining area, screened porch access, and front and rear decks access.
