It has a very inviting pool, a brand-new seven-person hot tub, and an outside shower. This home features horseshoe pits and two cruiser bicycles to appreciate! The first floor has a game room with a mini-refrigerator, a pool table, a TV, laundry facilities, and deck access to the pool and hot tub.

This floor also includes a full bath with semi-private access to a bedroom, which consists of deck. On the second floor, the guest bedroom also has deck access. The third bedroom has two bunk beds and a TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom has a full bath and deck access. The bedrooms all have TVs.

The third-floor living level is open with vaulted ceilings, sizable windows, and decks providing sound and ocean vistas. It also includes a cavernous dining area, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, and a sectional. The handsome, refreshed kitchen provides everything you need, including a breakfast bar. House of the Rising Sun is within walking distance of REAL Watersports for all kiteboarding enthusiasts and local eateries and bars.
