The middle level has four bedrooms; one King, that shares a bathroom with a room containing two twin beds, and one queen, that shares a bathroom with a second queen and a bunkbed. All four bedrooms have direct deck access, and the middle deck features a calming hot tub for winding down after a day of fun in the sun. The mid-level laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and utility sink, to add convenience to your stay.

Upstairs, the entirely equipped kitchen opens into a roomy great room with a flat-screen TV and wood-burning fireplace. The dining area seats ten, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.
