This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom hideaway has everything you need for the ideal calming stay. The bright and sunny beach decor is inviting, and the scene from the street-side decks reveals uninhibited ocean vistas from both levels. The natural light throughout is handsome, streaming in from the many windows that face the front and back of the home. The inverted floor plan helps maximize those vistas! The kitchen is cavernous and welcoming, featuring stainless steel appliances, a bar seating area for two, and a dining table that accommodates eight. The enormous sectional couch will be the ideal spot in the living room for movie nighttime! The outside shower is ideal after a day in the sun and sand, as well as access to a sizable fenced-in backyard for games and appreciating the ocean breezes.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

This gorgeous home is located in the Winding River community on Holden Beach, so there is access to the Winding River Oceanfront clubhouse and community pool (located across the street at 162 Ocean Blvd East). Not only is there an oceanfront swimming pool to savor (Easter through October), but there are bathrooms with shower facilities, a gathering room with a microwave, and private beach access. Also, supplied in your stay is the use of the Winding River Oceanside Marina. There are four day-dock slips (first-come, first-served) connected to the clubhouse via a short walk on the community boardwalk. Savor all this island community has to offer!

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
