Oceanfront Sand Dollar is located on a primary dune and has priceless ocean vistas in an inviting setting. The ground level has concrete parking, an outside shower, and a fish cleaning table. Gating and fencing provide enclosed play areas for dogs and kids.

The first level has four bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom is an oceanfront ensuite bedroom a private bath and TV, plus deck access to the private hot tub. The second bedroom is oceanfront with deck access, TV, and private entrance to a shared bath. There are two additional bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a pyramid bunk (twin over double), each room with a TV and sunset vistas.

The great room, located on the second level, features a cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, a half bath, and striking vistas. Three oceanfront sliders, bringing the ocean view inside, lead to an oceanfront deck. Appreciate the well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and oceanfront dining. The centrally-located wet bar is indispensable at happy hour. Evening conversations will hum in the comfortable sitting area furnished with an entertainment center.

Beach Access: Convenient access by path over the dune.
