The first level has four bedrooms with oceanfront deck off two bedrooms, two baths, and washer/dryer laundry area. This deck offers constructed-in seating by the huge 6-person hot tub with EZ-lift cover and a waterfall. The upstairs has a convenient half bath and an abundance of windows and juniper wood walls creating a light, warm ambiance. The well-equipped kitchen is supplemented by a breakfast bar that opens into a dining area with two enormous dining tables and impressive ocean vistas. The cavernous great room with wooded cathedral ceiling and Intelligent TV is the ideal place to entertain or just relax. The great room opens to a wide, furnished oceanfront deck and spectacular ocean vistas. The extended top deck has constructed-in seating for watching the beautiful Hatteras Island sunset. Ceiling fans, carport under home, outdoor shower, grille, fish cleaning table, plenty of parking, short distance to shopping, grocery store, spa, bicycle units and coffee shop. Private community pool and tennis round out the benefits of this home.
