Located on highest land elevation in Kill Devil Hills near Wright Brothers Memorial, #4. it's across the street from Publix grocery store, the best putt-putt golf on the outer banks, and a new town splash pad park for kids a short distance away! #5. The acclaimed Goombay's Restaurant is a short 7-min. walk from front door to front door!! #6. This bungalow also provides a manicured irrigated sodded yard (unlike many briary yards on the outer banks) for cornhole, throwing frisbee, or just plain barefoot walking in the grass!
