On the first level, Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, deck access and a TV. Bedroom #2 has queen bed, a TV, and a DVD player. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with a twin trundle, TV and a DVD player. A hall bath is close to the laundry.

Island Time impresses on the top floor living area with beach vistas, tall ceilings, comfortable furnishings, a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, a close by dining area, and access to a screened porch. A huge, furnished sundeck provides magnificant vistas of the beach. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and access to a sound-side deck for admiring the elegant sunsets.
