Island Time's recent renovations include a kitchen remodel with new cabinets and countertop, new floor on the first level and fresh paint throughout.

The home also offers an outdoor shower, fish-cleaning table, carport with a picnic table and cornhole boards.

On the first level, Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, deck access and a TV. Bedroom #2 has queen bed, a TV, and a DVD player. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with a twin trundle, TV and a DVD player. A hall bath is close to the laundry. New floor throughout first level and new carpet on the stairs installed 2022.

Island Time impresses on the top floor living area with beach vistas, tall ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and a entirely modernized bath with a tiled walk-in shower.
