Ground-floor, poolside efficiency with newly remodeled kitchen, floor, and paint. Our unit faces the pool on ground floor. The complex is sound-side with pier, grilles & gazebo. We are located just steps from the ocean with a private crosswalk for direct beach access.

Just picture a hotel room that has been converted to a privately owned efficiency. Our unit is ideal for a max of 2 adults. Please, no smoking in unit. Due to HOA rules, no family pets or boats allowed by renters.
