The Space:
The top level features a cavernous king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, providing a private getaway. The refreshed kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and a breakfast bar, ideal for casual dining. The living room offers a intelligent TV and an electric fireplace, creating a comfortable ambiance for relaxation. A half bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen. Additionally, there is a loft area with a couch and TV, ideal for additional calming space.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines: late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy, family pets at the property, evidence of smoking.
