To the right of the entryway, you'll find a comfortable queen bedroom with an en suite bath, ideal for guests. To the left, a bright bedroom with two twin beds and an adjoining hall bath provides a flexible space for family or visitors. The twin bedroom features a private deck.

The heart of the home features a roomy living room with vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors that open onto a private deck. From here, appreciate peaceful vistas of the pond where alligators, turtles, egrets, and herons make frequent appearances—plus a striking golf course backdrop.

The king-size primary suite is tucked away on the pond side of the home, offering calming vistas and a private en suite bath.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
