The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a raised bar ideal for casual dining. A Carolina Room adds additional space for games, movies, or a peaceful morning coffee before heading out to discover.

Outside, relax on the extended deck under the stars, appreciate dinner al fresco, or roast marshmallows around the backyard fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. It’s the ideal way to end a classic Fripp Island day.

Located just a short golf cart ride from Fripp’s beaches, pools, golf courses, and eateries, 703 Skipjack Road offers a casual, family-friendly setting in the heart of the island. Whether you’re appreciating the natural beauty of the Lowcountry, spotting deer at sunset, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze, this welcoming home makes it simple to slow down and savor every moment on Fripp.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.

No Club Card? No Problem!

While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to savor Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to striking beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, spectacular island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where beautiful waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!




Animals - allowed

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort conveniences, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
