This freshly constructed, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence features broad vistas toward Hilton Head Island from its impressive second- and third-story ocean-facing porches. Just a short walk from the direct path to the sandy shores, luxury meets convenience. On the main level, the primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a freestanding tub for added indulgence. Upstairs, three bedrooms await, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The left upstairs bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, featuring a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. On the right, both bedrooms feature two queen beds and en-suites with walk-in showers and decks offering ocean vistas.



Savor moments in our entirely equipped luxury kitchen, complete with a 6-burner gas stove, a stainless steel refrigerator, and a separate drink chiller, plus an additional refrigerator in the laundry room. The screened-in porch provides the ideal ambiance for sunset dinners accompanied by ocean vistas.



Conveniences abound, including high-speed internet, six TVs, a firepit, a full-size washer/dryer, an additional refrigerator for added convenience, a private garage, an outdoor shower, and much more.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
