The property is accessed via combo code. You will receive this in your welcome message.

**Other things to note**
Please Note:

1. The booking individual must be 25 years of age or older.

2. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No events/events, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor.

3. This property is pet friendly with a $200 non-returnable pet-fee. We ask that guests remove all pet waste and dispose of it in outdoor trash. Keep family pets leashed. Do NOT leave a pet unattended without a crate, if any issues could occur. We will charge guest damage costs and submit photos to Vacation Rental By Owner that may affect future travel on the platform.

4. No smoking or vaping inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

5. Please respect our neighbors. While you may be on vacation, our neighbors are living and working their daily lives. If our neighbors communicate serious issues with us, we will end the booking immediately.

6. Lastly, there is a $500 fee for missing or stolen bicycles. Please use the locks for the bicycles when out and about. They're expensive to replace!

**Damage Protection – Peace of Mind for Your Stay**

Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-returnable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages — like spills, scratches, or a broken dish — so you can relax and savor your stay worry-complimentary. For damages over $2,500, we’ll work directly with you to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.
