Top Level: This floor offers a living room with an electric fireplace and entertainment center, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a ship's watch with a game table. The main bedroom with a TV is located here. The ocean vistas add to this home's appeal, as well as the screened porch with a picnic table off of the kitchen. Conveniences: Guests can appreciate a private unheated pool, hot tub, electric fireplace, WiFi, six TVs, DVD, CD/stereo, high chair, basketball hoop, screened porch, picnic table, and complimentary long-distance calling within the US and Canada. Beach Access is 130 yards. - Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
- Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
- For January and February bookings, please contact us to ensure the hot tub is available.
- You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
