Our beachfront is the location of a Duck Surf Rescue lifeguard station from Memorial Day to Labor Day. When you're not calming on Duck's striking sandy beaches, relax in your own private pool and hot tub. Feel the summer breeze from a furnished screened-in porch or in any of the wrap-around decks on both the first and second levels.

A sizable backyard is kept in a natural state ideal for cookouts and outside activities.As a guest of the property, you have access to the community-owned dock and pier along the Albemarle Sound located across the entrance to the subdivision. From this area, you can fish, kayak, or paddleboard on the sound. And don't forget to come back in the evening to witness radiant sunsets.
