Pirate's Cove maintains a fresh and allergen-complimentary home, upholding a non-smoking policy. Hammock Village 9 has a Saturday Turnover requirement from Memorial Day to Labor Day, partials and off turn-day stays are considered during other days. Golf Carts are allowed in the neighborhood and guests have access to all of Pirate's Cove's amenities, including: community pool, athletic courts (tennis, volleyball, basketball), exercise center, clubhouse, outdoor pavilion, and miles of lighted dock for walking.
