Extensive canal-front, non-smoking and dog friendly home with 5 Bedrooms and 4 Baths located across from the marina in the striking Pirate's Cove Resort. Check-in and out is on Saturday and the property accommodates 14. Conveniences include a Community pool, Exercise Center, Tennis Courts and 25' of dock space at Sailfish Point Canal #2. The home has a top-floor Master suite with King bed and huge bath with walk-in shower and jetted tub, 2nd bedroom with Pyramid bunk (double on bottom and twin on top) and Double bed. On the main living level the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with Pyramid bunk (double on bottom and twin on top). The ground level holds the 5th bedroom and has 2 Twin beds. The home includes WiFi, two reading/calming areas, ceiling fans, 6 TVs, DVD players, game table, booster chair, stroller, high chair, hair dryers, puzzles, board games, fireplace, grille, covered parking (not for trailer), deck with furnishings, recreation room with pool table, bar, entertainment center, microwave and refrigerator all on ground floor. Outdoor storage with bicycles, beach chairs, and beach toys. View of canal and marina from the home and parking for 3 cars max.. This home no longer has a hot tub.
