A few of the many amenities to savor in this home are a private pool and hot tub over-looking the canal front, high-speed wireless internet access, a Foosball table, boat launch with tie up area, and a private dock. Bring or rent a modest boat or canoe, kayak, or paddle board to completely appreciate fishing or calming in the canal and sound. This four-wheel-drive home is a short, painless drive from our pristine northern beaches (roughly 1800 feet). This home offers a well-water system on the property. Parking passes are required to park on the beach from April 29th to October 7th.
